EAT: zucchini fries
Welp, I may not have delivered on all of my New Year’s Resolutions, but I did, in fact, fulfill my New July Resolution. Last night I made zucchini fries!
They weren't quite as beautiful as the original recipe, but they turned out to be very tasty.
I'm not going to lie, they didn't actually taste like french fries, but they did taste really great...
We also attempted to grill a couple, just for fun. The baking turned out better...
